We can only offer refunds if:
- product or service ordered has some serious issues that cannot be fixed in a timely manner
- product or service was significantly not as described
- product or service was not delivered within 24 hours (this should be instant)
- we have strong reasons to beilive that the order was not placed by the beneficiarry of the credit card or PayPal account
